As part of our branding service, we dig deep to understand what makes your business unique. Then we create everything you need, from a full set of business stationery, social media templates and support, email newsletters and of course, captivating logos.
Step One - Select your package
Opt for one of our Brand packages and unlock substantial savings compared to acquiring the individual assets separately. Alternatively, share your brief with us, specifying the assets you need assistance with and their urgency.
Please be aware that a 50% deposit is required for new brand design projects. Payment can be made via BACs, credit card, or debit card. The remaining design fee becomes payable upon final approval of the designs included in your package. At this stage, we'll finalize the designs and prepare files in all necessary formats.
Step Two - Submit your graphic design brief
At this stage of the brand design process, we urge you to share as much information as you can. The more details we have, the better we can explore and tailor our designs to meet your needs! If you've come across other companies that inspire you, feel free to send them our way. We'll use them as a foundation to begin crafting your unique designs. If you have a specific budget and timeline in mind, please share these with us also.
Step three - Developing your concepts
The timeframe for receiving our initial designs varies depending on the package you've selected, typically within 2-3 working days for the first asset. After reviewing the designs, you can provide feedback on the elements you do or don't like, and we'll make revisions as needed. Remember, unlimited design revisions are included in our service, giving you the freedom to be as meticulous as you wish!

At this stage of the brand design process, we'll continue to present you with fresh concepts until you're delighted with the final result.
Step Four - You are ready for launch!
Now it's time to conclude the brand design process and unveil your brand new company assets! Upon receipt of your final 50% payment, we'll provide your new designs in a variety of file formats, allowing you to utilize them across all your print and web materials. Additionally, we'll include a brand style guide outlining all the fonts and color variations used to create the graphics.

When do you start working on my project?

Your initial concepts will be emailed to you within 3-4 working days after we agree a brief, timeline and cost. Typically, we can complete a logo within a working week (after ongoing revisions), subject to the scope and complexity of the requested changes.
How many revisions am I allowed?
As many as you need! We offer unlimited revisions on all our graphic design services, so you're completely satisfied with the final version of your assets.
Can you modify or update my old logo design?
Of course! Sometimes your existing logo just needs a refresh without a complete overhaul and we can help. Share the most recent rendition of your logo and note in your design brief that you want to reinvigorate it.
Can I finalise more than one logo concept?
Once you've selected your favourite from the initial concepts we've presented, we'll only deliver final files for that specific logo. Should you require files for additional logo concepts, a nominal extra fee will be applied to cover the associated design time.
Do you charge to finalise my logo in different sizes?
Absolutely not! Once you've approved your design, we'll provide you with different versions of the logo tailored for various applications at no extra cost.
Will I own the copyright of the final logo design?
Upon completion of your order and receipt of full payment, you become the legal copyright owner of your logo design. You have the option to copyright or trademark it as you see fit. However, we do reserve the right to showcase any of our work on our website, which may include your designs.
What kind of files will I receive?
We provide various files suitable for both print and web applications, including EPS, JPG, TIF, PNG, and most importantly, a scalable vector file.
Additionally, your package includes a square version of your logo for use on social media profiles and a Spec Sheet detailing all fonts and colors used in your design.
Can you manage the print process?
Certainly, we can fulfill printing and delivery orders across the UK, with a minimum order quantity of 100.
Do you provide after-sales support?
Whether you require assistance downloading your files, liaising with your preferred printer, or selecting suitable marketing collateral for your campaign, we're just a phone call away. In the rare event that you misplace your final copy, simply reach out to us, and we'll promptly provide it to you.
