When do you start working on my project?
We will start work on your project as soon as we receive your website requirements and a deposit to cover the costs of domain name, hosting and any additional code or plugins.
Are there any other hidden charges for my website?
All of our package prices are fixed. However, these prices do not reflect additional codes/ plugins or pages which you might want to customise your site with. Get in touch for an accurate quote for your bespoke needs if one of our packages isn't quite right for you.
How long will it take you to build my website?
Relatively simple sites (3 pages or less) can be completed within two working weeks in many cases, providing you can supply the content for the site and no additional code/ plug ins are required. Timelines can be adjusted depending on your needs and how many rounds of website revisions/ testing is required.
Can I add extra features and pages to one of your website packages?
Yes, of course! We've designed our website packages to offer some of the most popular website features for our clients, but recognise you might want something else. Please get in touch with us to discuss your needs, budget and timeline.
Can you update my current website?
Yes! We believe that anyone can learn how to manage and update their own site with a bit of support and we are happy to help with this, if required.
What maintenance and updates will my website need?
This depends on how regularly you want to update your site content, but at a minimum, the web hosting for your site will need to be updated annually (which we can help with). If you need help with new plugins or content, we are more than happy to help.
Can you provide website training for my team?
Yes! We believe that anyone can learn how to manage and update their own site with a bit of support and we are happy to help with this, if required.
